Family Formulas
Choose Family 3, Family 4, Family 5, Family 6 or Family 7 according to the number of family dinners you would like prepared each week. The meals inside each formula are designed together. This allows us to plan better variety, use ingredients intelligently and create a more coherent service than an unrestricted pick-and-mix menu.
Bespoke Weekly Meal Prep
For individuals, couples and households requiring greater personalisation, including performance-focused meals, postpartum support, adjusted portions, specific exclusions or guidance supplied by a clinician.

What Determines Your Price?
Your quotation is based on the formula or service selected, household size, portion requirements, ingredient specification, delivery frequency and level of personalisation. Premium ingredients, multiple dietary variations, full macro calculations, additional deliveries, staffing and travel outside our standard area are priced separately where applicable.
Starting Prices
Delivery-based meal preparation: from £22 per portion. In-home fridge-stocking: from £320 per session, plus groceries. We confirm the complete cost before your service begins.
