Our Family formulas are not unrestricted pick-and-mix menus. The dishes are planned as a complete weekly collection so we can maintain variety, quality, sensible ingredient use and sustainable pricing. Bespoke plans allow greater menu personalisation.

What is the Protein + Fibre pathway?

Accepted Answer

It is an optional enhancement to an eligible meal-prep service. It places greater emphasis on satisfying whole-food protein, fibre-rich ingredients and plant diversity while retaining seasonal, culturally expressive cooking.

Do you provide exact macros?

Macro estimates can be added to selected bespoke services. Because accurate calculation requires standardised recipes, measured ingredients and additional checking, it is separately priced and must be requested before the menu is confirmed.

Can you prepare food for someone using GLP-1 medication?

We can prepare appealing, nutrient-conscious meals and adapt portions using written guidance supplied by the client's doctor or registered dietitian. We do not prescribe a GLP-1 diet, advise on medication, diagnose nutritional needs or replace clinical care.

Yes. With clear written guidance, we can support its practical implementation through menu planning, ingredient selection and meal preparation. Final suitability and clinical oversight remain with you and your healthcare professional.

Are groceries included?

This depends on the service. Delivery-based meal prices may include standard ingredients where stated. In-home fridge-stocking is priced as a service fee, with groceries charged separately. Your quotation will show this clearly.

Why do premium ingredients or multiple dietary versions cost more?

They affect sourcing, preparation time, menu design and kitchen complexity. Any additional cost is explained before confirmation.

Do you accommodate allergies?

We discuss declared allergies before accepting a booking and assess whether they can be managed safely within our working environment. Although careful procedures are followed, we cannot represent a domestic or shared kitchen as completely free from traces of an allergen.
